With the success of our previous turbo sleds we set forth to develop a kit for the most advanced line of snowmobile engines: the Rotax E-TEC motors. Ski-doo's 600 HO and 800R E-TEC engines feature electronic direct injection, an industry first. In typical Aerocharger fashion we didn't waste time turbocharging the new Ski-doo sleds, another industry first. Like our other kits the design goals were very specific: optimum turbo efficiency, maximum reliability, ease of installation, and top quality components.



As always we build our turbo kits to be easy to install with our modular components. Our new Rev XP kit is no exception. With a compact turbo and muffler package no modification of the factory pipe is required. The turbo is complete with an insulated and ceramic coated form-fitting heat shield, and dome filter installed from the factory. Together the entire turbo and muffler section weigh less than the factory silencer. All exhaust components are ceramic coated and heat wrapped to keep under hood temps as low as possible.



The design behind the layout of our turbo system is centered around efficiency and responsiveness. The turbo sits low on the chassis to allow as much straight section in the exhaust as possible before entering the turbo. This allows for quick spool-ups and great response. Our muffler section is also as straight as possible to allow optimum evacuation of exhaust gases out of the turbo. Where other turbo kits try to cram the exhaust through 90-degree bends in and out of the turbo we keep efficiency in mind and the result is the quickest spool and the best response.



On the cold side of things is a custom frame-hugging air/air intercooler replacing the factory headlight assembly. Remote headlight assemblies will be available as optional components. Also included is our custom airbox with built in fuel rail and dual secondary injectors. All cold side parts are black powdercoated for a stealth look and maximum durability.
