RZR XP 900 | Aerocharger Turbo System

The Aerocharger© turbo system for the Polaris RZR XP 900 offers the benefits of Aerocharger©'s lag-free VATN Turbo Technology, packaged in an efficient and easy-to-install kit.

Aerocharger©'s durable stainless steel exhaust system has been completely reworked for improved exhaust flow and simplified fitting. Air is supplied via an under-the-bed, high flow Donaldson canister filter. An Air-to-Water intercooler is also standard in this package. Aerocharger© engineered this kit to be closely integrated with the RZR XP 900's factory configuration, and all components completely fit under-bed to maximize storage and operating space.

A pre-tuned fuel controller and boost guage are included for this kit. A digital MTX-L Air-to-Fuel Ratio guage by Innovate Motorsports is also provided with this package for performance monitoring.

This kit comes with an adjustable clutching system by TEAM industries. An optional Race Clutch Upgrade Package is also available for additional performance.

Everything needed for installation is comprehensively provided in this kit. As with all Aerocharger© Turbo Systems, the RZR XP 900 kit was developed with full data-logging to ensure precise performance and calibration perfectly matched to this vehicle, and this system has undergone rigorous field testing.

Before purchasing any kind of turbo system it's always a good idea to check your local EPA regulations. According to the latest Spark Arrestor Guide for Off-Highway Vehicles (OHV):

"Turbochargers qualify as effective spark arrestors only when 100% of the exhaust gases pass through the turbine wheel. The turbine wheel must be turning at all times during engine operation and there must be no exhaust bypass to the atmosphere."

The Aerocharger© is the only turbocharger designated by the National Forest Service as an effective spark arrestor. Conventional turbochargers require a spark arrestor, but Aerocharger© Turbos utilize 100% of the exhaust gases at all times, automatically meeting spark arrestor requirements.
