turbo sizing

i currently have a factory turbo 2.3 motor with a garret t3 turbo with a .63ar. what aerocharger is comparable to this size turbo?
i current run about 20psi. i was looking at upsizing to a precision 5457 and adding the necessary hardware to run about 400hp.
what can the aerocharger do in this respect?
